A tough, timeless jacket, made in the USA. The shell is 12oz plain weave cotton duck canvas from Mount Vernon Mills. It has enough body to hold its shape without feeling stiff, and it ages gracefully. The cut pays homage to the U.S. Navy pea coat, with acorn-shaped front pockets and western yokes front and back. Inside, it's lined with bonded Japanese denim and a soft cotton and silk sherpa with a pile up to ½". It has a silky hand, nothing like scratchy wool.
